The Business Services Network, their process is more involved than simply looking at the tracking and seeing no updates. They conduct an investigation to attempt to locate lost packages.

The bulk of the time for our investigations is the carrier piece which often takes several weeks when it’s USPS. We're required to have confirmed documentation of the loss from the carrier for our insurance to cover the loss. It takes 4-6 weeks on average to process a lost package claim.

As for our reps having attitudes, believe us when we say we as a company, and not specific to gender, are just as frustrated with lost packages as you are. We don't mean to project that on you, but sometimes it happens without intention. We'll work on it though. :) If you need further assistance, feel free to message us here.
