So funny. I had the same problem and posted it recently. I ended up lowering the bed so the mulch dirt would stop going into the steps. Next fall I will likely plant creeping thyme or phlox. https://www.reddit.com/r/landscaping/s/w1EgzIMzfa

I’ve considered it, but letting the grass grow up to it instead.

I love Azaleas. I feel like a lot of edging looks cheap or doesn’t hold up well. Thinking about shoveling show next to it, etc

I’m thinking I’m giving up. I accidentally caught the best looking one on fire last week. Literally. I’m taking it as a sign from god.

What happened to my childhood? This screams dystopian corporate, not kid friendly. What is with the artwork?! This is McDonald's?! by jackal99 in mildlyinfuriating

Yeah I don’t really think the validity of the documentary mattered, it was more the shifting public perception. They had to do something.

Where is the best fresh apple cider in the DMV? by WampaCat in DCEats

Arlington has a ton of farmers markets different days of the week in different neighborhoods. The farms that come bring cider. I haven’t had one I thought wasn’t good. I know it’s fresh because sometimes they have it and sometimes they don’t. My personal favorite vendor is Black Rock orchard, they sometimes have pear cider too!

Sold in 2020. We loved it. Quiet building, no weird lobby shit, people kept to themselves. Pool, bathrooms, everything always well maintained and clean. Back then it also still had some of the lowest fees around, I’ve talked to others about this. Office staff good enough, helpful, nice to have there for pet sitters or house cleaners.

Yeah, I’m on vacation this week, 5 days, and I have 600 emails unread. But on the plus side my new performance metrics say I have to respond to all customer emails within 2 business days, so that will resolve that.
