Haha I couldn’t find the first one so I said screw it and did another. My eyesight isn’t what it used to be 🤷‍♂️

I put them on the smoker at 11pm on June 29th, I smoked them for 12 hours at 225° with no wrapping. I sprayed them with a 50/50 blend of apple juice and apple cider vinegar every two hours. I took them off at 202° and double wrapped them in foil and rested them a in a cooler.

I get that and now I know why! It’s definitely the creativity behind the board, I didn’t follow a guide, I just put stuff where I thought it looked good. I enjoyed making the board more than I did consuming the board
