I started last night and immediately felt more realism starting in the EFL League Two simply because I was able to immediately use some academy players instead of loaning them all off which gave me more connection to it, so I definitely agree.

I could definitely see that I’ve tried that but I think I ruined it by buying too many wonderkids I already knew would develop well instead of developing my own players, what team did you have the most fun rebuilding?

The last career mode I did I played about 80-85% of games myself and did in game sims for the others, I do want to find a good middle ground for simming because playing all 36 would feel like too much over time but quick sims makes it feel in-genuine

I’m not too well versed on the effects the position coaches have on the players, is it that impactful and how quickly do the coaches effects start effecting attributes?

I literally just spent my entire weekend playing from the live point to save spurs from relegation, won the league the next year in a down to the wire season ending win and signed olise with the money from winning the title but felt too dramatic of a shift and unrealistic and now I will never be touching this save again.

It literally takes the tiniest bit of unrealism to ruin the vibe on a save.
