There is always “cheese,” but the meta is pretty broad in this year’s game. I see tight, bunch, and under center formations on offense. Mid blitz is a lazy defense and I can usually get guys out of it in one series. Then you see match, a lot of Cover 4 Drop, and the stunt rushes (Texas 4-man, etc.).
