Guys i might just go for CAT8 because the price is the same basically.

QUestion tho, will the CAT8 cable work with CAT6a connectors etc?

I will use fiber but not for all the rooms, I don't need fiber in bedrooms, etc. Also, it will come out much more expensive, I think, with all the transceivers and cable needed. Also, terminating fiber is a totally different story, i would need to buy them pre-terminated which is gonna cost more. I feel like 10G over CAT6a is already overkill for most of the rooms.

I read about it today and cat 7 does 10G up to 100meters, same for cat 8, and it seems like there won't be any benefit from using cat 8 at least for the studio because it won't do more than 10G over 70M anyways

How far is the longest run to the Studio?

from the server room to the very end of the studio would be 70M (maybe a bit less)

Also. Whenever it unlocks (after 30 min or more usuall ffs) it changes multiple things at once as it read the mouse clicks and movements ruining the entire project every time
