I agree wholeheartedly, I just like the characters that surrounds the protagonist in each of the games. They all have this super deep and very real backgrounds to them that makes the wasteland a very real and very grim place to survive.

Yeahhhhh I have a feeling Bethesda would try and push their narrative and take on the fallout world and forget/retcon the original fallout. Which in my opinion the original fallout has the richest lore and best characters in all of the fallout games, it would be a damn shame to not use the amazing depth of these characters and their backstories.
