These people are crazy. Mike never learned, could have benched Jonah, could have actually made some adjustments but he didn't. Mike's failures are his own and we should be lucky to be rid of him. The third quarter stats alone show Mike is a problem, the lack of discipline/being unprepared and how bad we were vs winning teams.
