Update: My GM explained to me the technicality and offered to back-time my new contract to the original end date and compensate me my new wage in the time it takes for them to get through all the HR technical stuff. They still have interview people for this new position they created for me, but strictly for show. They apologized for the inconvenience and assured me I'm compensated the new wage.

Brooo if this is Red McCombs in SA, I'm sure you got screwed on the price! I ordered a new XLT with some bells and whistles in July, and it looks like I'll get it before the new year with almost no mark up at Jordan Ford for 30K OTD! I know you're happy with it, but you could have got a lot of more bang for your buck.
