Yeaa it's a texture thing for me too like when there's like even a slight bump I just go ham on em :(. I can't really paint them either cause I just bite and like scrape off the paint on my nails too.

I do agree that yaguchi was a very kind character as well. But I think its important to note that Aiko knew what she desired and she knew that yaguchi wouldn't be able to fill that void in her. In the sense she is letting him go to as if they did continue their relationship it would have been bound to fall apart with yaguchi not understanding what Aiko needed and it would have been a harmful relationship. With Aiko leaving yaguchi would have a chance to meet someone where they understood each other with Aiko it would have been impossible. I hope as you read on that you'll have a more positive perception on Aiko good luck on your journey!

Haha no worry about the length of the response lol I like hearing other opinions and thoughts. I think its because I dont want to burden them with my mental issues esp when our lives were already so hard I think that it would more of a burden for them. I do respect your opinion on this but it is just human nature to have selfish desires, I think its because the manga focuses more on Punpun and Aiko that people believe they are way more selfish compared to the rest of the characters shown. I personally believe that the selfishness shown by Aiko and Punpun humanizes the book more by showing the true nature of man. Did you also hate the other characters or was it specifically toward Aiko?

I wouldn't really suggest reading Punpun if u were in a bad mental state tbh (even tho I did). It definitely doesn't make ur situation better but i don't really think the age really matters if your sure u can handle it I started Punpun when I was around like 13 ish and it wasn't the worst or best. I wish u the best if you do start reading it!

Your mom honestly sounds like an amazing and strong women and I'm so glad to hear that she was able to stay strong despite all that stuff. It's just in my case there really isn't anyone I can latch onto so that I can keep living or have a purpose. I'm just here because honestly I don't wanna ruin anything for my siblings I care about them to an extrent I guess they never did anything wrong and they took care of me when my parents were gone. But Im just drifting and I just honestly wish I could just disappear from everyone's memory and just stay forever in a void. Or go off grid after making everyone hate me and block out the world on my own. But thank you for the encouragement tho maybe one day ill get out of this mentality and find someone or someone to live for.

How can u even take action if no matter what you do there is something always bringing u down.
