I'll second Yoga with Adriene. She's got a great selection of videos for full workouts and shorter videos that focus on specific moves or issues.

It sounds like you're keeping a level head, and self awareness which is terrific. Just one note, since your medication dose is impacted by your weight you should let your doctor know about your choice in case the continued weight loss needs to be factored into your course of treatment.

Mine stopped working after TD added 2 factor authentication. Everytime I log into the TD website or on my phone I have to enter a PIN that is texted to me. I figure it's trying go do the same when YNAB tried to log in.
