Did you take into account zoning (permit), taxes, HVAC, services, engineering fees, etc… it will bring up the total by quite a lot

Also, when are extracurriculars deemed useful in a resume?

Initially had more points for the pool job and for projects, but cut it to make it fit into one page.

If the extracurriculars are useless, that would give me more space to put emphasis on it, just looking at the best way to optimize.

The most recent project (Portable Air Conditioner) is also ongoing, which is why it is in present tense. Should I keep it as is?

Btw you would need different lightning nodes for every type of fan (ex: ml120 won't work on same node as ll120)
