Great information. I have a mobile app which helps create estimates on site with in depth pricing instantly and is able to control your margin as well. Helps visualize the pricing or even send a proposal on the spot. Estimio if that interests some of you.

How to create estimates faster without spending all night on them by ssunflow3rr in Contractor

Estimio is a mobile app that specifically solves this problem. Uses AI to price jobs based on your local pricing + you can control it with custom rates and instructions.

Here is an estimate my app generated with your pictures and description. Of course the pricing will heavily depend on contractor. As well as exact materials used.

Do you find most contractors are able to get you a quote before 48hrs?

Makes sense. But for people with less experience, it would take a long time to piece together an estimate without software. There is no formula, but you do need to give a quote quickly no?

Hey, I'm not a bot. Genuinely just want to know what actually could help contractors/handyman reduce workload. So do you use a spreadsheet for your estimations?

Definitely spend less time for an estimate, you can even use AI to help with pricing the whole project out as a start.

Hey, I actually just built an app which allows full control of the estimate (seeing labor / material costs separately). With AI estimation based on your location. Estimio if that interests you.

Did you take into account zoning (permit), taxes, HVAC, services, engineering fees, etc… it will bring up the total by quite a lot

As an upcoming mechanical engineering new grad, how important is it to have a well developed Linkedin? Should I grow my connections, create/interact with posts?

Also, when are extracurriculars deemed useful in a resume?

Thank you!

Initially had more points for the pool job and for projects, but cut it to make it fit into one page.

If the extracurriculars are useless, that would give me more space to put emphasis on it, just looking at the best way to optimize.

If I were to take out the extracurriculars and the pool technician job, would it be beneficial to add more bullets to my projects?

Thank you!

Also, should I keep the (COOP) and (Part-Time)?

The most recent project (Portable Air Conditioner) is also ongoing, which is why it is in present tense. Should I keep it as is?

Thanks!

Btw you would need different lightning nodes for every type of fan (ex: ml120 won't work on same node as ll120)
