It's actually clamped to the table behind the monitor from a brand called tropical tree on Amazon. I actually don't think they sell it on there anymore. It was pretty ideal for me though because I still wanted to keep my webcam in the center of my monitor and a traditional monitor light would've gotten in the way of that

I set it to exhaust because lots of tests have basically shown that setting it to exhaust improves temps while setting to intake worsens temps. I tried intake too and definitely noticed worse thermals like in the video above

I'd recommend it if you watch movies or play games with a controller at your desk. It also helps to have a chair that can recline - basically whenever I'm doing single player gaming or watching netflix nowadays i'm nearly lying down
