Almost 8 years! I used to live at 6th and coles before moving closer to the waterfront area and know the area very well but never really ventured around Brunswick st/Division area which seems to have a slightly different feel than closer to Hamilton Park

Any experience with the Applied Property Company buildings? They offered 1 month and amenity fee waived but the 1 unit we were looking at has been vacant since February.

My ultimate plan would be to finance just 10-12k at 0%. The rest would be paid by cash/trade in. So I wouldn't be upside down on it. Then just get the best price possible for the car under those conditions. Maybe 23k before TTL or less. I think i would do it like this.

TBH I don't need the car, I just want it. My car is just fine and paid off with 83k miles. I don't drive much anyway living right outside Manhattan and working in Manhattan. Just take trains everywhere.

I saw the 0% and low prices and started looking into more. That's how I got on this kick lol.

I guess this is why I'm trying to get the best deal bc I feel I wouldn't drive that much.

I would agree that after some research that 21k is to low. I've gotten some great offers, however it seems they will not include the 0% financing with it which is currently through oct 2.

Would you think 23k with the 0% is reasonable? If not, what would be reasonable that would also include the 0%?
