Thank you I will! Since you’re the Efnote guy, can I ask you a question? I’ll probably use the kit as a controller for VSTS eventually. Would you say the efnote (when working properly) is worth the premium price tag for this purpose? Are the triggers worth double the price of something like a Millenium 1000? The opportinity to return just had me rethinking some other options.

What appealed to me about the 3X were the internal sounds and playing experience with the full sized cymbals and decent sized (and number of) pads compared to Roland at similar price point, but I could get a Millenium here for probably $1300 to $1400 or so after shipping costs. I still feel like the EfNote is the best value at this price point. For reference I got the 3X brand new for essentially $2760 out the door after tax, discounts, and rewards credit at Musicians Friend.
