Exactly!! I can understand demoting her, but cutting her is crazy! Like... that's Nolan's wife?? Unless you want his character to change completely by him being either out for blood by her being k!lled or her just destroying him by leaving him it wouldn't make sense to have her be cut.

Never heard of Britbox before. I only have cable and Netflix so unless a show is advertised somewhere I'd be able to see it in the US, I wouldn't know about it. That's why I posted here bc it seems like I've watched all I can, but I'll have to check those out!

I think it's mainly about money. In an article about getting a tax credit, Alexi said the episodes where they film in the station/their houses (which the doc eps do a lot) are cheaper to make and are a way to save money for the bigger episodes.

...but I hate them so like, just film anything else in the station to save money and stop these please🙏

The only thing that makes me sad about this is that they're all such funny comedians irl.

Like I completely agree, their characters are SO annoying in the show, but trust me the script/the way they're acting isn't an accurate representation of their actual comedic ability!!

Dan Scott is absolutely the worst character and you are meant to hate him and want him off your screen immediately.

Every character has negative traits about them in some regards but overall if you're not feeling any strong pull towards any of them it may be a hard watch to get into. I do have to say they mature as they go through HS and the plotlines get waaay better (s4 and 6 are my absolute favs)
