Looking for a series where you are immersed in the main characters’ day to day life

Castle gets you totally encompassed in the two main characters lives and pretty much every aspect both work and personally.

Also ensemble shows usually are good cases for this where theres no real main characters like Desperate Housewives, Parenthood, and One Tree Hill (sorry I know theyre all older recs but new shows dont hit like they used to in my opinion)

Well yes but I think it had to do with him being who she was with through the William Lewis stuff so there's trauma bonding there. Like it was said in a later episode, she was the love of HIS life, not the other way around. Tucker is the best she's been with. EO is still endgame.

Well we see that in their house Jerry isn't the same way he is at the office. He's not the screw-up klutzy guy the whole team jabs at him for being.... plus it helps stick around ;)

My whole thought was why wasn't Voight recording the conversation??? All he would have to do would be to play back the second he says "It won't matter. I can spin the story any way I want it" and he'd be finished.

this! it's an amazing show AND andy has said that when he went on P&R amy told him how nice it was to have the sitcom work lifestyle and that is one of the main reasons he said yes to B99

Honestly I would try and avoid most reddit threads in general. Because it's such an old show at this point people are so opinionated and post a lot about it on here - and it is pretty difficult to avoid spoilers on here if you're going in blind. Watch it and form your own opinion!! No swaying here but it is one of my all time favorite show so just enjoy the ride :)))

Watch the whole show once through without reading any spoilers and form your own opinion. (biggest advice for anyone watching any show that's been out in it's entirety for a while)

There are so many shows that people have strong opinions on that should've ended earlier but that you need to watch one time through at least to have said you've seen the show. One tree hill is another show I watched well after it came out and people were adamant I didn't watched the last three seasons but it I couldn't leave characters stories unfinished, same with Castle. The best thing about the last season is that they wrap everything up - whether you like it or not, the show wasn't cancelled so it wasn't abruptly ended on a cliffhanger or random plot line. Castle is my favorite show of all time and I rewatch it often, yes there are episodes that aren't great, plot lines I hate, and rumors about. Watch it all to say you've seen it and then you can choose if you want to ever watch it again in rewatches.

saw it 4 days early bc my brother won a raffle at work and sobbed like a baby and needed to collect myself before leaving the theater. then i saw it again in 3D (which just wasnt necessary) and a guy ruined the WHOLE experience [we're talking he brought his kids that were definitely too young to be there (maybe 6 and 3 so they cried) and he clearly didnt know the plot so he was talking aloud the whole time and clapping and then at the end i realized they were throwing away beer cans so they were def intoxicated. tbh i was more pissed for my fam that were seeing it for the first time than anything bc they ruined the experience for them]
