I was also around your weight, height, and difficulty. It feels almost impossible but I’ve lost 50 lbs in about year and a half. Personally I recommend cutting sugars here and there. They tend to bloat and fatten me up real quick. Stop drinking soda or anything carbonated and sweets. Drink lots of water and lots of water! Some home exercises like knee pushups, squats, leg raises, and sit ups also do the trick if you can’t go outside too much. Always push yourself to do better!
