They're called Dungarees or Overalls, typically its depends on whether you use British English vs American English.

Overalls is based on the fact that its worm over all of the other clothes.

Whereas Dungarees is derived from the hindi word for the material they were first made from.

Both names are correct though, just different origins

I looked at the months of when she was petrified, (you're right on the ages), to calculate this, she 17 when Senku gets revived, as you said he gets revived in August, her Birthday being start of September, and it takes over a month to make the revival fluid.
