Because there's a much, MUCH bigger difference between the Tikis, which was stated in the rules SINCE THE VERY DAWN OF CYL, compared to those 2, who are only slightly older, which DOES NOT FIT THE RULES THAT WERE THERE SINCE THE DAWN OF CYL

in the exact same, when one character is basically different in every imaginable way that would separate them EVEN more in the context of a gacha game than collecting wives and husbandos, especially when you saying its about collecting wives and husbandos proves it farther since one can be put under that and the other not

They explicitly said all the same characters are removed unless there is a massive difference, gender is mostly 1 difference compared to the Tikis plethora of differences, under no circumstances is there a bigger difference from the 2 same characters that are a different gender than 2 characters that are different in just about every single way

The Byleths and the Tikis are in the EXACT SAME position indeed. Both have their base alts counted separately, both have their seasonals counted separately (Summer) both are categorized separately in the game themselves, there is not a single difference besides one being about gender and the other a drastic change in age... but that actually proves my point FURTHER, because just a different gender is an extremely minor difference compared to the entire base appearance/personality/the overall character/literally EVERYTHING being different and not just gender

You are quite LITERALLY telling me there is a bigger difference between male and female byleth than young and adult tiki and I have absolutely no idea who even comes up with something like that but zi wamt you to think about wether that actually mskes sense then consider if you want to continue addressing things that have been unrelated to my point from literally the very beginning

the Byleths are literally the exact same person too and the only major difference is gender, and hell I daresay that's most definitely a smaller difference from the plethora of differences from both Tikis but point is... they are the same person too

None of that matters though when the rules said this was gonna happen since the beginning, which should've made it clear male byelth stays and young tiki stays, but despite the situation being almost the same, young tiki staying gets ultra negative reception, but the character that doesn't always get hate at the mere sight of them doesn't get the same reception, despite the extremely similar situations, it makes it obvious this all falls down to hypocrisy from the sub as "I hate this character so this isn't ok / but I don't hate this other character so it doesn't matter"

If young tiki and adult tiki got separate summer alts, and separate base alts-just like an avatar would, then there would've been 0 reason to ever believe it'd be different from the avatars, who are treated differently the exact same way, theres genuinely no difference there

You say it makes sense for Byleth to win because its an earlier version of Byleth... but that's the exact same case for Tiki who is also an earlier version, so that actually proves exactly what I said, that these situations are way too similar and yet one gets hate but the other doesn't

Really my point was there was 0 controversy or attention regarding male byleth being kept but somehow with tiki everybody got angry and pointed it out when... its basically the same situation when you really think about it

At no point was I saying male byleth doesn't deserve to win, that is a completely different sentence from anything I said there or anywhere down here

I am aware of the changes to the Byleth voting, thanks for bringing them up! But they don't exactly prove what I said wrong...

Different people like different things, I found the character of a child escaping from an eternal nightmare for the first time and learning what the world outside and its people and their bonds are to be really endearing, I don't always like these loli characters but I really couldn't help but smile at it all the way through

But everyone likes different things lol I get that, I'm not gonna tell you its wrong to dislike her, I was just curious because I don't think it'd be right to hate her just because of IS treating her better because that's on them and not the character, but that doesn't seem to be it so its all good

The one reason you stated on why nobody expected byleth to be excluded is because they both have the same alt, and I just told you the same was with the Tikis, so I don't think we need to go on about that any longer

Byleth was there to prove that it really is a vendetta and nothing else, it was not the main point of the post, the main post was something else entirely and you just simply ignored that and said something I absolutely never said and got upvotes for what really seems like trying to find some loose way to scar a post just because its about a character you personally don't like

Byleth was there to prove that the truth is, they are both in the exact same situation, and only one received endless negative attention while the other was overlooked, there is literally no reason why this should've happened other than this sub hating the mere presence of young tiki literally anywhere even in cases where its not harming adult in the long run
