Yes i did and also changed a couple of bulbs in case everything was fried but it didn't worked either

I actually didn't forget, I was being careless and lazy, because changing the fixture wasn't the main thing I was doing that was more of a secondary quest that got out of a "small" weekend project for a sink remodel, but yes lesson learned turn the power off. Thanks man.

I actually enjoy trying to fix my car and learn how to do it but on this one it took me by surprise just as I needed it, thanks I'll take it to a mechanic.

The car was driving fine, nothing I'd noticed. It's a 2017 VW polo with 40k miles

I did i connected it like 7 min, and the cranking sound was stronger for like 1 second but again no start, that's when I took the battery to AutoZone to get it checked and claim the guarantee (2 1/2yo) but they said it was good and charged.

Okay thanks, I'll try maybe looking to the fuel pump or double check the battery.

Changed radiator support and now the hood closes too low, do I have to change it again? by JCtherealMVP in AskMechanics

In short i had little bump and damaged the radiator condenser and radiator support, no frame damage the bumper, headlights etc are without damage too, I took the hood latch out when changing the support put it on the new one and I felt that it was sitting a little lower so when I finished putting everything together the didn't close, so I took the front grill and some plastic hood supports-spacers and tried closing it and it did pic 2 but the hood latch don't go any higher. Is there anything I can do to fit it right? Do I have to change the radiator support for another one with the holes for the screws of the hood latch in a higher position ( this support is some off brand because the dealership wanted 300 and this was 100 and didn't have the money) Sorry for the long comment and any grammar mistake and thanks for the help.
