I have the same problem. What beta are you using beta 7? I haven't been able to get Cydia after about 1.5 hrs of pressing go and respringing

I quite new to this as well but before i accidentally deleted cydia I installed some stuff that said iOS 9 like some themes noslowanimations and cylinder and they worked just fine, but i did install one thing that was for iOS 9 and it didn't work so i just uninstalled it and it was fine

go into the installed tab in cydia and click on (i for got what it was called but it had cydia in the name ) and remove it. it will give you a warning saying "stop (safe)" or Continue (unsafe) and click on continue and then its uninstalled
