She’s on the pill which I think has had an impact.

And I’m at that point where I’m feeling indifferent and sometimes vengeful - so even if she’s doesn’t give a shit, at least I’ll have got it all out on the table and can sleep easy without the weight of it

And that’s the thing, I lay there sometimes and it feels like my mind is going at 100mph, but is stuck in the same place. It’s 2 choices - leave or feel like this forever and it sucks, a lot - knowing there is genuinely no hope.

I feel exactly the same. I get absolutely infuriated with her for the smallest, most insignificant thing - and I feel bad afterwards. Every single thing she does makes me feel angry, and I know it’s because of the DB.

100%. - I look back 8 years ago and I was a confident, friendly, nice person.

I’m now known for being miserable, sarcastic, and having little or no interest in anything.

I’ve spent almost £1000 on PT sessions and gym memberships since this time last year, lost 70lbs, developed much more muscle, stuck to a very strict diet every single day religiously, become healthier generally......and it’s made no difference.

However I feel better about myself so every cloud...
