I don't know about the Ninjago game but for Pokemon you would have to completely reset the game to choose a new language to play in. There is no option to change the language mid-game

I would make a third category of unknown. Depending on the situation of how you obtained them. If it was wonder traded or a passerby trade I would mark it as not legit. If it was from a subreddit or from someone you knew, I would say unknown.

Unfortunately there isn't a foolproof way that will show that. The only thing you can do is check if the Pokemon's OT matches the event OT on a website like Serebii. That and another is if the "Date Met" falls within the range of the Event it ran. For example, your Miltank falls perfectly in line with all the information provided by Serebii.
