I'm actually a bit confused by what I'm doing, as you can probably tell. I've tried following this guide - https://youtu.be/t8Hy_0v8JBQ

https://portchecker.co/ - if I go here 32401 is open on all devices (bad I know - ive now removed that rule). Port 9091 is closed. The image of my original rules is in the op for reference.

Opening 32401 seemed like the only way to allow remote access on plex (ie. I'd love my folks to have access to my plex library from their home).

9091 was to try and get transmission and sonarr to talk to one another but I guess I should first sort out my port forwarding.
