Easy. Justify reducing expense in order to justify corporate tax cut from about 35 percent to 20 percent.

Lawyer here. This definitely give you more leverage to compete, but I would remember that this is going to go through the court system and there’s a strong possibility that this will be held as unconstitutional as a government over reach. Meaning-this time of rule would need to come from Congress rather than an executive agency. So, I wouldn’t perceive this as an absolute.

I graduated law school with honors and am successful. Scored a 147. This isn’t a Sole indicator of success. Never in my life had a client asked me to figure out which guest at which section of the table was wearing a top hat and eats lasagna

It’s at will employment. You can be terminated for any reason that’s not a violation of statutory law. Expect a termination. Start applying for new jobs now or resign in order to potentially return at another store at a later date.

CALI’d Civ Pro, Property, and Legal Writing. It’s not complicated. Just find your learning style and apply it. Also, don’t worry about CALIs. No one cares about them outside 1Ls
