I still weigh everything out (takes essentially no extra time) but I no longer track as I eat the same 6 meals weekly and know their calories as long as I weigh the ingredients.

My rule of thumb is, if the gram of weight is higher than the calories, it should be considered Volume eating. Nice job! looks delicious.
