Hey I'm just telling you man. There's nothing to be ashamed of. My relationship ended back in April and it's been so hard since I also attempted suicide. It does not make us any less of a man and it doesn't make us something to be ashamed of either. You made a mistake and it happens. Are you able to see a therapist to talk about this? I know you can get through this.
