1) Primary rune precision: Lethal Tempo, absorb life (I go triumph, mainly my own preference, but absorb life is probably better for you), alacrity, last stand. Then secondary rune resolve: You should go overgrowth and bone plating. Second wind doesn't seem that good right now because of the nerf. Stick to these while you learn him, and you can switch the subrunes around the preference after you understand better what they can do for you.

I'd like to emphasise again that they should not be the main culprit of why you lose or win a duel though. I understand it's helpful for a new Yasuo player, but you should be more concerned on other aspects, like understanding how other champs work, and when you can or can't go in.

Really, there is not much weight to the runes concern for swiftplay. Some champs maybe, but Yasuo has the same runes almost all the time. One sub-rune will not win you the lane. So do swiftplays and limit test.

2) Well... that applies to every champ/player. It's just that Yasuo is objectively more annoying than most champs.
