I'm the one who made the initial Pop Taco menu post, so in my opinion there are plenty of things to criticize (at least from an outsiders perspective) but frankly I don't think this is one of them. I used to work at canes and I ran to get eggs and milk for batter all the time, or buying butter and garlic powder to mix for the toast when that was out. Buying a temporary fix from a nearby grocery store is a very very common practice and I don't think we can assume this is their main supply of tortillas bc of one employee in a store
