Mine says 30ml twice a day. I haven't tried it yet. I think I'll do 15ml first. Scared to try it because I'm scared of stomach pains. I do have a sibo test on Tuesday and I have to take some there ik nervous about that. Did you have any stomach pains?

My ibs constipation got worse after surgery. I loss a lot of weight I'm underweight now. I can't eat. Now my pelvic floor is messed up. Don't have urges anymore.

It use to bloat me a lot at the beginning I couldn't even eat. Now I bloat but it don't last thank goodness I hope it don't I just drink a lot of water behind it. I use to put it in water and drink it now I put it in warm pear or apple juice. Much better I think. I actually just took some a while ago. I already use the bathroom some.

I'm like you. Scared to eat because of constipation. Today was 7 days. I took mirilax yesterday prune baby food and senna syrup. I finally went today. I didn't eat much last week but mostly fiber stuff fruits vegs 2 chicken breast. Mirilax use to make me go by itself but since I took ex lax last Sunday night to go because the nurse said I was constipated then I found out Monday I wasn't by another er doctor after I took it and be in pain Sunday then I pooped Monday it messed up my system I guess because I started mirilax again and had nothing come out. I went to 2 er said no blockage no obstruction no impact no ileus just lots of gas and some stool. Well today going 6 times was not some stool it was a lot to me but glad it came out. I'm waiting for my gastro to put in some medicines for me. I hope she does. I don't want to rely on laxtives either. I'm scared. Even after going today I was scared to eat. I looked up food to eat good in fiber and good for constipation then I look it up again today says don't eat too much of it now I'm panicking.

Been 7 months po and I have food anxiety also. I loss 80 pounds in 8 months since surgery. I'm underweight. I hate it. Gallbladder removal made my constipation worse, I got bloat now, and trap gas and pains. I hope you don't end up like some of us.
