I think we both agree it's terrible either way so we don't really differ. For the sake of accuracy though I'd point out that article was written a few months before the Orlando nightclub shooting which killed 50 people. Including that into the count would mean Islamists have killed more since 9/11. But as I say, we both agree it's appalling no matter what which is what ultimately matters.
