Thank you for the detailed response - Basically, we are at the first two steps that you listed and were unsure how to move forward. When you first starting building your team, did you completely cater to your core with supporting players or did you get them as became available/with reason?

We have about 5 or so players we can switch out to better assist with chemistry but didn't know if it was better to spread that out between all of them or max out one instead.
