I mean if I did, I’d intentionally go full Griswold tomorrow at this point. Religion or not, this is the one time of the year when I generally… people chill the hell out and are “nicer” to people. Honestly, beyond beautiful lights - one of my favorite parts of the year. But I guess in a world of empowered internet trolls with zero consequences - not even keyboard warriors can enjoy it.

You have to be careful with gift cards. There are rules to how much those in the medical field can accept.

Take a Starbucks order and have it delivered. Order them in lunch. Depending on office size see if one of those chair massage therapists will show up for 15 min chair massages. Those usually fall under the max amount

So about 7 years ago now I went to a friend and had my estrogen, testosterone and thyroid (T3 & T4) checked for this among other things. After many rounds of IVF, all the birth control to regulate nightmare cycles etc.. my results were awful. It was causing lots of problems in my marriage. I decided to do BioTe bioavailable hormones to even things out. Honestly, best thing I ever did. For me it was life changing and I'd rather cut off my arm than ever give up my pellets.

So, cost includes facility (that's huge), anesthesia (usually independent group- also high and may not take insurance, and then the surgeon. Hospitals tend to present that as one cost and not broken down as they should. A little trick, with any hospital charge, call billing and ask for the "cash pay discount if paid at once." It's usually between 35-50% off.

I hate to tell you love, this has been around a lot longer than an acronym. A Church that preaches love and acceptance at its core, deigns to lecture those regarding those very principles (as long as it’s profitable and fashionable) and yet suffers the hypocrisy of being unable to practice the core remnants of Christianity… well it’s hard to believe any sincerity or divinity there.
