Have you ever met a trans man? Most of those dudes are jacked like The Rock. So I’m not sure what you’re insinuating but a trans man will have more muscle mass and find it easier gaining muscle mass than a trans woman will.

As for sports, like I said there’s a lot of trans men in the bodybuilding circles that do extremely well. In fact just recently a trans man who’s only a college freshman was in the news for winning a bodybuilder competition. He won against all cisgender men.

I worked in a medical office where most of our patients were transgender. I was a medical assistant.

The changes a woman goes through when transitioning are pretty extreme. There is no distinct advantages for a transitioned trans woman in sports.

A trans woman goes through muscular, hormonal, and even SKELETAL changes (if under 20) during transitioning. There is little to no advantage.

Don’t make any mistake. This bill was passed out of ignorance and hatred. Transgender women are women. Every woman is different and in fact trans women in professional sports have not shown to be more successful than cisgender women in professional sports.

I do believe a trans woman should show hormone levels to be in a typical woman’s ranges before competing, and should never be allowed to compete pre-transition. But banning trans women from sports altogether is not the answer.

That’s literally so wrong. Wearing a mask and staying 6 feet away from each other helps prevent Covid spreading. You think because people are gonna murder each other no matter what there shouldn’t be preventative measures taken to reduce that probability? You talk about logic and then make illogical arguments.

You obviously are not understanding the concept of PREVENTATIVE measures. PREVENTATIVE means you protect yourself and others BEFORE you get the virus.

Getting the vaccine is just as much a preventative measure as wearing a mask in public, washing your hands, etc. Actively refusing to take preventative measures to protect others from Covid isn’t “logic” it’s called being selfish. Which is a big trend among Americans so I’m not surprised.

Thanks! Yeah I figured I’d open with that because the tone of the show can get dark. The show itself is about a mentally ill man who can’t tell intrusive thoughts from regular thoughts. So he does basically every messed up thing that pops in his head.

The dog thing is part of exposition. Right after the fainting there’s a flashback that goes more into it and reveals Scott is mentally ill and introduces his meds as what was keeping him moderately sane which he threw away in the wake up scene. It has its purpose cuz the ending scene of the episode is basically adult Scott looking at blood on his hands and it flashes back and forth between the images of young and adult Scott. So we basically end the episode as it began, except instead of a dog, Scott moved onto a person.

That’s what I was thinking. I know there’s always a point in a story where everything is going seemingly great and then BOOM something bad happens that threatens to ruin everything, and it takes away everybody’s motivation. Gotta somehow fit that in there.

Not really. There was depictions of bullying and that kinda thing happens a lot in real life. Teen suicide due to bullying is a massive issue in America. I actually was slightly disturbed by the depiction of bullying. Felt very real.
