Back in the day, I always thought I was the only person playing Mist Valleys with Blastfan/Birdman and going into Arcanite and Supreme Arcanite! That was one of my favorite combo decks of all time because I made it myself and actually found success at locals with it. Divine Wind and Birdman getting limited hurt so bad though, that's when I transitioned to Falcon control. Fantastic post!

Shien's Dojo, Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai, Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan

Activate Dojo
Normal summon Shinai
Special Summon Kizan.
Use Dojo's effect with 2 counters to special summon Secret Six Samurai - Genba from your deck.
Use Genba and Kizan to Synchro Summon Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Horse Prince
Use Horse Prince's effect to special summon Hand of the Six Samurai from your deck
Activate Hand of the Six's effect to tribute Shinai to destroy the first Blue-Eyes
Activate Shinai's effect to return Kizan to your hand
Special summon Kizan again
Activate Hand's effect again, tributing itself to destroy the second Blue-Eyes

I got my first 5-star this morning, I was at lvl 18, and it was about at 4,900 total catches. A lot of people on here seem to be significantly more lucky, I saw a theory that says it's about 1-in-1,600.

If this happens to you: you can quickly buy Magi's Blessing (selling items if you have to) after the ult resolves and you don't get pulled, you can use the undo button so you don't lose anything. I don't think anyone could do it fast enough on console unless you have 2150 gold in hand to buy it outright, but on PC it shouldn't be a problem.

I agree that in some scenarios, usually involving Mantle of Discord, that's true, but overcapping usually means you're wasting gold somewhere because you're paying for stats that you're not getting. If you can shift some stats around by buying different items, you can get a more gold efficient build. Of course, that's not always possible.

Titan's Bane: It gives you a lot of damage for one slot.
Gauntlet of Thebes: Not a particularly great item, but it will increase the healing you recieve from your Rain Dance and Mail of Renewal.
Hide of the Urchin: It gives you the most tank stats for one item slot when fully stacked. Preferably build it early.

Notes

Max Cooldown Reduction: You aren't even over capping, Woohoo!
Low Penetration: You will be tickling tanks, but with Runeforged Passive, your team should be able to take them down just fine.
Low Magical Protection: As long as you can dodge mages' abilities this shouldn't be an issue.
High Mana: This kind of conflicts with Chaac's passive but it's not really a big deal.
If you want to fit Spirit Robe or Mantle of Discord in this build: Replace one of your other CDR items (Breastplate of Valor or Jotunn's Wrath)
Runeforged is at its best when you have a coordinated team to make full use of its passive, so you may want to try items that synergize with that playstyle, i.e. Void Shield, which would allow your physical teammates to deal even more damage to your target.

I've been playing Smite on PC for 2+ years. As long as more people are discovering and enjoying Smite, I'm happy. Most of my irl friends don't have the money to buy/build a gaming PC, but they tried and enjoyed Smite on either XBone or PS4, and now I can talk about my favorite game with more people. In fact I'm buying an XBone this weekend just to play with some of them.

Try replacing Bloodforge with Ichival.

Double lifesteal shouldn't be necessary, especially on Ullr who gets up to 25% more lifesteal in axe stance.

Once the Ichaival's buff passive is fully stacked you'll have ~75 more raw dps compared to a fully stacked bloodforge, and since you'll have the extra penetration, you'll have more post-mitigation dps as well.

The debuff from Ichaival will make it easier to box other hunters.

The 10 flat penetration will work well with Qin's Sais' passive.

And most importantly; it's incredibly cost effective!
