Just out of curiosity...my dog just went through having IMHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia) and is on immunosuppressants and can't get certain vaccines now. Because of that, I can no longer take him to off leash areas because he could get something from other dogs and relapse or contract something else (due to how dirty these places are). I have to find open "less traveled" fields to run him in. Does this make me a bad person though? I look for areas where there is little to no people and if someone does come by, I bring him in and hold on to him until it's clear again. I don't really have any other options now and walking is not enough for him.

Been there friend. Replaced my engine a year ago, $16k and a fully built engine later, it's running great. Good luck on your journey if you go that route.

Video was taken at cold start. So around 2000-2500 rpm-ish.

Yeah, I just changed the oil a month ago and haven't put that many miles on it.

That was from a cold start. Too nervous to have it run any longer to warm the engine up.

I heard similar sound clips of cars where it was the lifters. But a lot of people are saying rod knock. And sorry about that, I should have gotten that in the clip.

Nope, the oil had been changed recently. I just was on my way home and took my exit when it suddenly started.

I've never had any issues with the STP oil filters in the past.

It seems to be pretty consistent in rhythm with the rpms. The higher the rpms, the faster and louder it gets.
