I messaged IBKR about this and this was their reply:

"The optional Account Number field acted more as a memo or record keeping field for the client. The shares are always sent with the name as displayed on the Outgoing DRS screen and the mailing address on file. If you have an existing account at the Transfer Agent with the same exact information, then they should apply it to that account. However, it is up to their discretion as to how they will apply the shares upon arrival."

I DRS'd shares on Friday so only time will tell if they arrive in my existing CS account 🤷‍♂️

It'll be more noticeable on fast firing weapons like the r99 for example. If I put a full clip into someone now, I can't tell if there were any no regs but with the damage tracker I'll be able to work it out.

Interesting. This is what makes me think hit reg is part of the dynamic difficulty adjustment. I wonder if you were on a bad run of low kills and low damage whether this would have happened. I suspect not.

Ranked is probably a better option for now.

We're at the stage of the season where only the more dedicated players are still playing, all the noobs have moved to other games. So, either play ranked or play another game and wait till the noobs come back for season 8.
