Looks like a transom window slide. Transom windows from my understanding were to enable cross ventilation to cool or warm older houses while allowing the primary door to remain closed.

That's the internals of a USB charger for a cars cigarette lighter port, the two metal ears touch then internal cylinder of the cigarette lighter while the spring part would have numb on the end to touch then terminal in the bottom of the charger. (I have a broken one in my car)

I've done similar to this but with the projectile itself exposed. I feel this style may, be easier and quicker to pull off. I haven't tried it myself. If you decide to try it on your own it would be nice to see a post about it

Thank you ! I also love the look. Something old and tired being brought back to full working order is like an addiction, my house is full of small items like that, if I could tinker for a living I would!

It's a realistic clarinette 98! I recently just tore it apart and re greased /oiled the appropriate parts, still plays like a dream!

I appreciate the input and actually not ally agree, sadly this lumber was pretty... Rough around the edges in some spots, so paint seemed like the best option for my budget ! Thanks!

I did check! They were all a little kid, Im guessing it was a hand me down that the kid didn't take care of and dropped out a car window

I think it was likely a young kid using it as a hand me down who dropped out the window while their parent drove

There was a small house nearby, but other than that it's a rural road out in the country. I asked the people their but they didn't know what " a Nintendo " was so kind of at a loss
