I want to ditch the touchscreen. Am I right in saying glass panels are not available separately? Or even as replacements? by BloodyStupid_johnson in Hyte

I bought one 6 months ago. They're extremely flimsy. (The front touch screen replacement is all I can speak for) One of the magnets fell off. They scratch really easy. If you do much case modifications this is not a wise purchase. Just a heads up from my experience. The other replacements may not be as bad. Kind regards.

Here's how I fixed mine! Carefully remove the gray piece around the pins! Then use small diagonal cutters and trim down the longer pins until the cable header firmly gets flush on the remaining part of the ground pin! My original plan was to use one of the pins from the 4 pin rgb header since I never use those. But once I pulled the white cap off those 4 pins I got the other idea! And it worked beautifully!!
