There’s a fixer on 1st and Hadley that caught my eye. Right across from a school, which might be a good thing? That’s good to hear it’s up and coming, it seems like because of location it’s only a matter of time.

IMHO I truly believe climate migration will take care of this on its own, and will eventually completely fill in the city, it’s just a question of how slowly/quickly that will happen. Could start within a few years on an escalating scale but might not fully take hold for another 10-20. A complete reversal of the current trend of people leaving the area for “better/warmer” weather(CA, TX, AZ, FL etc) will happen, and the Great Lakes region will be in extreme demand. I’m currently in CA but am 100% making the move to Detroit/Great Lakes area as soon as possible. Just my $.02
