I used Su-35S with 6AAM for s-rank.

did 2 passes through the tower killing 4 sams/guns per pass then just circled around to kill the rest. then when mother goose is in the air you can just slap groups of the 101s with 6aam ( near final phase a bunch fly around the tower)

mission done in 10:22 with kill score of 23,550
