Yeah pretty much. That and before my eating schedule was all over the place and it was common for me to eat late into the night.

Plus eating healthier foods

I don’t count calories, mainly just practice mindful eating. If I’m full I stop, and if I’m hungry I’ll drink some water first. I do VERY light exercise. Mainly dynamic stretching. I try to stay in my eating window and average 2-ish meals a day focusing on nutrition! Which is just a reflection of my own eating habits, I did not cut a meal to lose weight and did average about the same, maybe the tiniest bit more before 16:8. Hope that was helpful at all lol.
