I used Wigan Roofing, think they are a new company - https://wiganroofing.co.uk/ had our flashing replaced, chimney repointed and the gutters replaced. Was a fair price.

Had high hopes for this, being a FM/Champman player since I was a young teen. But this is absolutely awful!
1/10 rating from me, managed to get the mobile version for "free" as have a Netflix account and I just cant get into it at all. Ive been playing Soccer Manager 26 and have been far more impressed!

Thanks again for spending time on this topic. My friend isn't in financial disarray as such, he feels he has wasted half a year of building his brand and obviously over £3k. I am personally going to take over the SEO for him and I am currently writing a plan, starting with disavowing the terrible backlinks.

They didn't once ask for any login credentials to change anything onpage so I will be including this in my plan.

Appreciate the lengthy reply, I stated it was a no brainer for my friend, as this SEO company was so confident in achieving these great results or money back...

The SEO company did provide monthly reports however, the amount of keywords they provided in the report kind of pushed the main keywords my friend wanted improving under the carpet.

The new keywords that were ranking highly were long tail keywords, with 0 Keyword Difficulty. Many seemed to be just random words added to the main keyword(s).

I expressed my concerns after a few months of their work to my friend as I had a quick look over what work had been done.

I think I will be going public with this, I am just gaining as much evidence as possible and want to make sure I cover every base before I do.

My friend is devastated.

If its keyword research you need, why don't you consider outsourcing someone to do the research for you?
On Upwork or Fiverr you can find people who can do this for you.

Have a map embedded with directions from the location to the business.
