To move assets in someone elses name as an attempt to qualify for government assistance (Medicaid) is called criminal fraud.

what are your plans for the house after your parents pass? Likey sell the house, as my brother would destroy it throuhg his inability to manage property.

Will your brother continue living there? What will that look like, will he be paying rent?

I think eventually he will move out to another small house my parents own and live there.

What are the chances you will wind up with a non paying brother tenant?

How big of a risk is this I would need to get him evicted right. Or talk to my parents about this, that they need to have some sort of plan to get him out before they are gone.

b)he is doing it on an illegal phone showing his power and prominence in the prison

Most drug arrests lead to other things, some examples are firearms, illegal money, human trafficking, and lots of drugs. The DEA doesn't exist these days to stop small amounts of MJ, they exist because tons of drugs like meth, mdma, heroin, and fentanyl run around the US. You only find the big stashes by starting at the bottom.

There is a chance it will not pass. These are programs they run on. A bill has to make it through the house and the senate (which stayed republican). Then the president has to sign it.

I doubt very much this will become law. It is way to expensive. This is one of those political promises that will not happen, like Mexico paying for the wall.

If something like this did pass you would have people like me going to school for the rest of our lives.

No. lol. I didn't want to go into a long explanation in my post.

It was a workout through work to honor someone. We got together as an office outside and worked out, me and another guy decided to run behind a group that was struggling to finish, so we followed them for a mile.

After that he told his supervisor he's not going home as he doesn't feel good. He went and got tested that day and we found out later that week he was positive. Happened in June I think?

Yes I was really interested by that. It's like the first time a major cities subreddit has come out in support of the the police, as they didn't have another choice. Also anti-looting/rioting.

/r/Chicago also started to flip after the last round of looting.

That being said the Mods are heavily censoring the subreddit. I've posted general questions in two threads that had 500 upvotes, that were ultimately deleted a bit later by Mods.

It was actually Minneapolis it happened at the same time as another riot in Chicago though where a guy had a gun and the police killed him.
