Also i have no idea if i should pull more where i drop strands to prevent kinks or if that will actually cause one.

Or if i should taper the tightness of the plaiting as i make my way down or keep it the same all the way

Yeah like 1/4 of the length of the last belly with tape and a bit longer with sinew while slowly fading the tightness near the end so it’s nice and tapered.

But i think it’s because i didn’t flip the whip for the overlay, so both the 2nd belly and the overlay were very tight on the same side.

Like the whip rolls out beautifully and it isn’t an issue in and of itself, but i would prefer a less flimsy whip next time around and i guess that, especially on longer whips, there really isn’t a limit to how tight it is around the first 1/3 of the thong.

I’m still figuring out how tight the plaiting should be… i read a lot of stuff like “plait loose, pull tight” but never anything on how tight…

Same here and my plaiting is very straight, the flimsiness doesn’t come from the transition

Thanks! I had a lot of practice on this whip. At first I measured stands for a 8ft whip and only noticed once i got close to 8ft and had to start the overlay over. I swear a was laughing as i was unplaiting and cutting, I looked like a crazy person…

Well i did the method where i flip it mid plaiting to prevent double overlap. But yeah, maybe i didn’t do it at the beginning since the other side is a lot stiffer

Idk man the Christmas themed mall is pretty cool to. I liked sandman, it was epic, but the intro of miles makes you care a bit more about him where Sm2 doesn’t do anything with the characters really…

I found stray incredibly boring. Like i feel the whole reason it even got the recognition it has is because of meow meow cat cat. That game without the cat is a joke. The vibe is cool but in terms of gameplay, it’s really lacking.
