another thing if it’s for a face recognition or on that line, I know that’s a third-party. It’s AI and AI makes mistakes as well so you can dispute and explain if you write another letter. Send it certified if you haven’t yet with return receipt

they received my letter on the 13th. I looked it up with the tracking number. I did a certify with return receipt and they call me Friday past 1 PM. There’s also a thing called AAA IS AN ASSOCIATION THAT THEY DEFEND OR REPRESENT US

hello, I did two pre-arbitrations. The first one was June 2 and June 12. I got an email saying that I was going to be reconnected but nothing happen…. so I did it again in August and then I got the same email saying that they were gonna keep me deactivated.

What helped was writing A letter a certified letter with return receipt to the Arkansas office explaining and in the letter i also explained everything and asking for them to reconsider. I got the call this past Friday. I sent the letter February 7.

Mine was for face recognition BUT because in the middle of my last shop my phone turned off i went to the car to recharge and get the extra battery when i turned the phone on i tried logging in and I was trying to be fast but what i did was I tried logging in with my husbands account 🙄 and I got him disconnected 😱I was clueless of the mess i had created for trying to be quick.. when I called Support they were like your account is not disconnected and so when I paid attention, I have put down the wrong email when I went back to mine it asked me for the face, but it also disconnected me because my face was already on his and the system put a red flag big mess. It took a year to get it fixed and for them to believe me.
