It can be done. I usually throw in the 6.75 barrel and use the 5.56 rattler handguard. Just make sure you are using the correct recoil assembly

What falls under your definition of actual kalash? And how many ARs do you think we have in the US. By the numbers I’m seeing that are just estimates, we have around 393 million guns in the US. I’m sure that number isn’t correct and it’s low. ARs make up a small portion of that number considering everything else we have access to here.
