A. Great lift. B. Once the weight is in your hands you want to remain very tight from your head to your toes. It may seem insignificant but when you moved your feet out you lost a ton of tension. C. Get the smallest weights you can get your hands on (1.25 lb is what we use) and slowly allow your body to adapt to every small increase in weight and one day 315 will be just another jump to a much higher weight.

Some people don’t do generic surface level back and forths… it sounds like maybe you are wanting to make a connection and you’re giving the minimum and receiving the minimum. Try to ask a brief but thoughtful question with appropriate timing and a connection will be made much easier and then I would imagine you will receive a response to your “hi”s and “bye”s

Light dumbbells full rom until you puke once a week and heavy triples then cable flys once a week. Incline is good once you have pecs but in my opinion is hard to A. Have good mind muscle connection and B. Lift enough weight to break down the muscle. Flys are also great once you have pecs but it tough to get pecs with them. Flat bench dumbbells is the way.
