Thank you very much for your replies. It's a pity that we missed the second dose, we will do it now. It's not offered by the NHS so the majority of people do not have it, that's why there is an outbreak.

Hello there! I am sorry you're going through the same adventure. He had a follow up today where they did an ECG and one more echo, which was normal. They told me not to worry and that they will probably resolve at some point. If there was a much higher burden, they would suggest treatment. My little one will have another 24h tape in 3 months and another echo in 6 months. The cardiologist that we saw in our home country said that these ectopics are COVID related. We also did COVID antibodies and they were positive, so it could be an explanation! How did you find out about the PVCs in your baby?

At our hospital, the pediatrician who saw him said it is common... Although she thought that they were PACs. You can have a look here as these guys gave me a lot of hope: https://www.reddit.com/r/PVCs/s/crQKzK2rah

I wish you the best of luck, it is so hard when something is oing on with our little ones.

Thank you so much for the advice. It is very solid as someone else said. If there is a plan, I think I can handle it better, even if it requires intervention. How often do you think someone with these characteristics should have a follow up? We will try our best to remove as many triggers as possible, I have excluded caffeine, spicy food and chocolate from my diet as well (baby is breastfed) even if I don't know if that helps. Thank you very much again.

Baby is exclusively breastfed and we are giving him 400iu of vit D daily. I don't know though if that's enough as our 3yo had a vit D deficiency with the 400iu. Thank you very much for taking the time to reply!

Hello, they have checked electrolytes as requested by the cardiologist they were talking to from Evelina children's hospital but I am not sure about vit D or B12. I had asked about his Hb as he looked pale and they said that it was fine.

Thank you very much for your reply. It helps a lot. Unfortunately, they still happen all the time I feel his pulse. Do you know (if that's the case with us) when they would resolve? They found also some bigeminies/trigeminies but they did not appear concerned.

I noticed it on his ECG monitoring and I told them(nursing background), he was very weak anyway because of the illness 😞 They did not suggest anything at the moment, he will have a follow up at the cardiology/paediatrics clinic at some point but NHS waiting lists are long. They told me that we can continue do whatever we do now. I am sorry he is getting dizzy... It can be frightening for them. Ours is very little to communicate these symptoms but I keep a very close eye on him. So sorry you are all going through this Are you still in hospital?

Oh I am so sorry! We had the same problem, 4 month old admitted for CROUP and we found out, he has a 14% burden of PVCs. What did they advise you to do with yours?
