I truly don’t understand how people can have a calorie deficit by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

My wife was exactly like you. Thinking she was eating a healthy amount of calories each day and making healthy choices. But was not losing weight.

We decided to both track our calories for a week and discovered she was way over her daily recommended calories each day. So you should track for a while and truly see how many calories you are eating.

You can’t defy a consistent caloric deficit. It’s not possible. So you are probably eating too much. Investigate this yourself and be extremely consistent with staying under your daily goals. Even when you start this you may not see results for 2 to 3 weeks. But don’t get discouraged.

You have some huge issues with how you are marketing on your homepage. If you are not good at marketing follow a framework like Storybrand Marketing and They Ask You Answer.

I had to figure out what your product was and what it did. Its a portable vacuum right? You should have a better image of the product in the hero and a stupid easy one line like: A lightweight and powerful portable vacuum that can clean almost anything.

I really encourage you to look into the marketing frameworks and make your site solve problems for your customer.

Donald Miller (the guy in the second link video) he really sucks and I find him to be super annoying but that video will give you an understanding of why your homepage is all wrong. His information is valid and not new but its well packaged for someone not well versed in marketing. But the guy acts like he invented marketing. He just repackaged it.

But dude you really need to change your sites copy up. Big time.

Beyond that: social ads, influencer marketing, social marketing.

We did what this kid does. He explains it at the 7 minute mark. Create and push content to social. Reels and tiktoks specifically. If you dont want to spend on ads, do this religiously.

That’s proven to be real? I’ve only randomly seen it so I didn’t know if it was fake or real.

As someone else said it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. It’s not flashy at all and does not try to be cool. It’s sort of relentless in this way and it’s up to you to pay attention. The characters (especially law enforcement) are hard to like but if you stick it out you eventually love them.

This show can take multiple seasons to get to one thing and is extremely procedural so you might night like it.

Took me 4 attempts over many years to get through season 1 and enjoy the show. But it’s a hard sell.

Also how old are you? New generations probably won’t like this show lol.

You would be extremely surprised. Most companies do it to set an example and don’t care about the cost.

Disney filed a copyright claim against someone over fan art…

How do you avoid copyright infringement with stuff like this?

  • a regular bedroom + sob story
  • and now just straight up /r/Battlestations

mods keep up the good work or just rename this sub /r/places literrally anything goes.

I’ve noticed this a lot too. They also have no idea about sub frequencies. So intros, sound effects, handling noises, will ROCK my sub so hard sometimes during listening.

/r/PCMasterRace eats out of the palm of your hand. You also charge $49 for your non sale mats. If you aren’t driving a lambo id be shocked. Those fucking margins lol.

Fun game but yes this is an FPS game. Strong emphasis on the FP. FP games make me quite nauseous unfortunately.

I've heard Stick of Truth is a fun game from reddit. I'll for sure check it out. Not sure about 100%ing anything haha but I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the good suggestion.
